Responsability

Initiatives take responsibility for your social, economic and environmental impact.

Corporate social responsibility, CSR, is an organisation's initiatives to assess and take responsibility for the company's social, economic and environmental impact, and consideration of human rights.

We really bring positive social impact through team building. Many of our team building programs are also designed for teams to give to community, local charities and environmental projects. At Catalyst, we take our CSR impact beyond simply words and beyond what you might expect. Catalyst Global's Lifetime Partnership with the Global Giving Initiative, Buy1GIVE1 (or B1G1) allows us to make a real difference to people we may never get to meet. B1G1 is a Social Enterprise and non-profit organisation with a mission to create a world that’s full of giving. Every time anywhere in the world someone participates in a Catalyst team building program with one of our network partners, Catalyst Global gives to one of B1G1's specially selected array of high impact projects. But it doesn't stop there, Catalyst team building network partners who are members of B1G1 also give each time they run a program compounding the giving!

We highly recommend that you check out B1G1. Unlike conventional giving models, B1G1 helps small and medium sized businesses achieve more social impact by embedding giving activities in their everyday business operations to create unique Giving Stories. Every business transaction (and as a result, your everyday activity) can impact lives from as little as just 1 cent. For us at Catalyst, it completes a great ‘virtuous circle’: great game design, great impact on all participants and their companies, doing great things; together with you.

Most team building programs can be designed to work with your favourite charity, cause, social or environmental project and/or NGO, enabling you to actively engage in actions that further social good and others that encourage a positive impact on the environment.
