In this immersive team building experience, participants rotate through a series of sensory challenges where sight, sound, touch, taste or communication are heightened, limited or removed. As familiar cues are disrupted, teams must adapt their approach, communicate more intentionally and rely on each other to interpret information and complete each task. Each activity offers a new perspective, building towards a shared experience and facilitated reflection that brings the learning together.
Learning Outcomes
Sensify is a powerful team building activity that develops awareness of how individuals perceive and interpret situations differently, and how this impacts communication, trust and team performance. Participants strengthen listening and observation skills, challenge assumptions and become more conscious of bias, while gaining a greater appreciation for diverse strengths. These insights support more inclusive behaviours, stronger collaboration and more effective teamwork in the workplace.
