Festive, fun filled tablet-driven team challenges.
Santa enters the room and presents each team with a stocking full of equipment and a tablet loaded with a menu of seasonal silliness. By pooling their respective talents, teams strategize to complete a plethora of Quickfire games within a set time frame. The unique Quickfire interface offers up a festive selection of mental, creative and active challenges that encourage spontaneous interaction.
All challenges have a differing cost of entry and levels of complexity. Teams manage resources and direct talent to challenges they can complete while balancing risk with potential reward. As time ticks the Christmas Spirit really begins to build and participants find themselves totally immersed in a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.
With increased time pressure, participants quickly put aside any inhibitions and have trust in their own talents. As the game builds momentum, teams understand their collective strength and gain confidence to manage increased risk and become more decisive in task selection. Christmas Quickfire promotes a can-do attitude and supportive culture, it sets up a positive platform for co-workers to engage on a level playing field, learn new skill sets and build common bonds.
Quickfire Christmas is a great way to reward your team, celebrate achievements and focus on the goals for the year ahead. The activity is very flexible even with restricted venue space and allows plenty of scope to tailor in company related key messaging.
